1. What is the minimum order for delivery
There is no minimum order value for deliveries. Delivery charges are added on check-out based on the type of delivery option chosen
2. What is the cost of delivery
We offer several modes of delivery. They are presented according the the type of product, size of order, etc. Only suitable delivery options are presented.
You may use the shipping cost calculator on our product pages to estimate the cost of each delivery type. The final cost of shipping will be calculated at check-out based on your total order.
3. What are our shipping (delivery) options
For deliveries within Singapore, we use express courier services, as well as, as Poly-M.
Our Poly-M services uses regular postal package service to deliver your order. Your order will be sent to your mail box. Please note that Poly-M does not provide tracking capabilities. This service is available for orders up to SGD20.00.
4. How long does delivery take
We try to fulfil our orders within 2 days of receiving the orders.
Deliveries within Singapore
Express deliveries, it takes 4 - 5 days (excluding weekends and Public holidays).
For orders received on Fridays, orders will be sent out on following Monday. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be sent by the following Tuesday.
Orders received on Public Holidays and the eves of Public Holidays will be fulfilled on the next working day.
Pol-M takes between 5 and 9 days for your order to arrive.
For overseas deliveries, please refer to the indicated time frame at check-out.
5. Service fees (Why am I charged a shipping fee for store-pickup?)
While we try to keep costs low, a service fee is levied on online purchases on our website. This service fee is $0.80. The service fee will be deducted for refunds on shipping costs.
